[Web] - Visual appearance of web media varies from PC to PC. This
is due in part to
processor, graphics card (32/64/128 Bit processor), monitor size,
and color
settings within the operating system. Web media is optimized for
modern
computers and up to date browsing software. Green Eye Solution and
or its associates are not responsible for variations of performance
based on the technologies mentioned above.
[Print] - If any problems should arise with print materials at
time of print, it is the clients responsiblility to resolve these
issues with the printer. Green Eye Solution and or its associates
are not responsible or financially liable for ensuing costs.
Commissioned Projects
Once confirmation is received
from the client to begin a project, and then later it is determined
that
the
contract
has
been desolved,
it is agreed by the client at the signing of the contract that
a fee of $35.00 per hour will be charged to the client for services
rendered; however, these charges will not exceed the stated price
of the commissioned work.
Charges
Client
is to pay 50% of total bill + hosting costs at the start of the project, and
the remaining balance is paid at the end.
Non-Payment
Upon completion of a project, it is complimentry that the website
be published to the WORLD WIDE WEB for viewing. This is a courtesy
to the client. However, when payment is not received within 7
business
days, the site will be removed until payment is received. In that
case, a $30.00 reinstation fee will be applied to the account.
Checks
Out-of-town checks are accepted; however, if the check is returned
with insuffient funds, etc., bank charges + $20.00 non-payment
+ remaining balance will be incurred to client.
[Print] - Client responsible remaining balance + bank charges.
Changes
[Print / Web Graphic] - one free change is allowed during the design
process. Each change thereafter is $25.00 per change.
[Web media] - Once a graphic is agreed upon by the client, the
graphic is then formatted into web media (HTML), any changes requested
by the clients is done so at $25.00 per change (Reworking graphic
into web media). If there is any programming involved changes are
made at $35.00 per hour.
[HTML] - Text changes - one free change at design time.
Privacy
We do not resell your personal information. We never have; we never
will. Green Eye Solution is a non cookie site; we will not collect
any data on you or your browsing interests.
Binding Contract
It is the client's responsiblility to become familiar with these
policies. Client consent of a commissioned piece, binds both parties
to these polices.
